They seem like they're in pretty good condition. I bought a set of Bridgestone GIII tyres in Castle Bromwich a year or so ago. They're still serving me well and yeah there's a bit of natural wear and tear but that's just to be expected from driving around. I'd still recommend them to others looking for new tyres.
